Yeah, this is all CGI and I think the name is a little cheesey but the developers (CD Projekt Red) are the folks who made The Witcher and The Witcher 2. Both games were well-written, mature (aka full nudity), graphically-impressive and had great gameplay/combat mechnics, so I doubt this will disappoint. And according to this video, it looks like we'll get more info on 5 Feb.
