Not many details given aside from a few, brief story elements:
- 10 year publishing deal with Activision
- Requires a constant internet connection on all platforms
- Persistent world FPS
- Single-player, co-op
- No plans to charge a subscription fee
- Available on multiple devices
What's disappointing is that they've only officially announced it for the Xbox 360 and PS3 consoles and it's not scheduled to release until next year. By that time the new consoles will be out but won't be backwards compatible, so players will be forced to play on 8 year old hardware. Also no word on a PC version or cross-platform gameplay.
