I friggin called this when he announced that all Windows devices would be running Windows 10 (or Windows 10 kernel), including the Xbox One. Halo 5 will be Xbox One exclusive but I'm guessing they bring Halo: MCC to the PC with cross-platform compatibility. I'm even going to go out on a limb and say the new Gears of War game will come out for both Win 10 and Xbone. Especially since MS bought the GoW IP and can do what they want with it.
