The embargo regarding info from MS's gaming conference, that took place on 24 Feb, was lifted this morning and with it the news that GoW UE was released today for Windows 10 (via the Windows Store). They also verified that it supports up to 4K/60fps. 

Here are the recommended specs to run at 1080p/60fps and 4K/60fps:
