Check the vid in the article. According to Gamespot, Aliens: Colonial Marines is going to be 4-player co-op. Sega extended their licensing deal with Epic back in May so this game is more than likely going to use the Unreal Engine 3.
In the vid they also show clips and talk about a game called Borderlands. I saw a trailer for this earlier this year on Xbox Live but haven't heard anything since. Looks like it's going to be a cool FPS RPG, which is also going to be 4-player online co-op.
Lastly, it appears Gearbox might be working on the next Halo; however, there is no official word yet.
