Well, according to Rage's creative director, Tim Willits, the single-player campaign will only take 15 hours to complete. This is disappointing and kind of weird considering the game is contained on 2 DVDs. Let's hope this is just the estimated completion timeframe if you don't play any of the side missions.
This new info and lack of co-op is very disconcerning and makes me think the id's mindset on game design hasn't evolved since DOOM. Pretty graphics and physics - boring, predictable gameplay, weak story and level design.
