1. Dynamic class system (character organically levels up and evolves based on player actions, but there are still points for perks)
2. Tons of content (Guilds, 150 hand-crafted castles, over 500 activities outside of the main quest, 280 perks, over 300 books to find)
3. Unlimited, random dragon encounters
4. Not all dragons will try to kill you (Bethesda is keeping details secret)
5. Overhauled graphics engine and UI (new animation system, radiant story, new renderer)
