The 3rd DLC, Fenix Rising, for Gears 3 will be available on 17 Jan. Along with new MP maps, new character skins, it will include a new feature called "Re-Up" for lvl 100 players to reset their rank and earn new bonuses. Players who choose to "Re-Up" will maintain all profile unlocks, TrueSkill Rating, and custom items.
