The next hurdle will be getting current games to run on ARM processors, unless AMD or Intel is able to develop a badass SOC that doesn't kill battery life (Ivy Bridge maybe?). MS also needs to integrate this in with Xbox Live so we can actually play downloadable 360 games and earn achievements.
Lots of exciting possibilities.
