Ubisoft and Nvidia Form Gaming Alliance To Make PC Versions Graphically Superior

Splinter Cell: Blacklist, Assassin's Creed 4: Black Flag, and Watch Dogs are the first games as a result of this alliance. Ubisoft will be working with Nvidia to include graphical features like DX11 tessellation, Nvidia's TXAA (temporarl anti-aliasing), soft shadows, HBAO+ (horizon-based ambient occlusion), etc.

This and the news that the new mech-FPS Titanfall will utilize dedicated servers (aka anti-hacking) makes it harder to justify buying a PS4 or Xbone until some really good exclusives come out.
