I guess the Kinect isn't as integral to the Xbox One experience as MS touted. And although it's an unrealistic marketing strategy, they also need to install a more powerful GPU. At $400, it's still under-powered compared to the PS4. They need to bring the price down to $349 to have a matching price/performance ratio. It also wouldn't hurt to change the styling in the next iteration so it doesn't look like a shiny VCR.
