Warner Bros. Suspends The Sale of Batman: Arkham Knight On PC

Since it's release yesterday the PC version of B:AK has been receiving thousands of negative reviews from users on Steam (68%), stating that there are tons of glitches, stuttering issues, random framerate drops, missing textures and missing graphical effects.

It's been revealed that the PC version is a direct console port that was outsourced to a company of 12 people, called Iron Galaxy Studios - known primarily for porting games to consoles. It also been revealed that the game is capped at 30 fps for PC (unlike all the previous Batman games that were 60 fps), lacks graphics effects found in the console versions, requires a SSD to reduce texture streaming, high VRAM usage (3GB on low settings), dumbed down graphic settings, and the support page states, "The Recommended Spec is intended to deliver an experience on par with the current generation of gaming platforms."

This is very disappointing and not a good way to end Rocksteady's trilogy.

The Steam refund policy was implemented on 2 Jun 15 and, sadly, I have a feeling Warner Bros. would not have made this move to do damage control had this policy not been in-place and allowed consumers to speak with their wallets.
