Never thought I'd say this, but I actually bummed that Ben Affleck has officially stepped down from the director's helm. I think his portrayal of Batman is one of the only movies that I have actually liked him in. He's not a good actor, but he seems to be a good director, so I thought it would have been a killer combo to have him co-write, direct and star in the upcoming Batman movie. However, I do think he's punking out by not being able to handle the pressure I'm sure WB is putting on him to finish the script and start production.
