GameFly acquired the PC gaming service Direct2Drive a couple of months ago and has used that technology to offer GameFly members the ability to play unlimited PC games (what's available in the catalog) without paying any extra besides the membership fee.
If you want to sign up for the beta program before the official launch, head to the GameFly website, log in and click "Download".

I am a little confused though because in the video they show a $49.99 price for the game. I guess more clarification will come later as we get closer to the final release date.
