Metal Gear Solid 5 (PS4 1080p/60fps, Xbox One 720p/60fps), Thief (PS4 1080p, Xbox One 900p)

I'm starting to see a trend...MS needs to release the rumored patch to shift the resources currently used for the Kinect, over to the graphics. This is isn't like last gen where both consoles were built with proprietary, powerful, cutting-edge technology. Both PS4/Xbox One use existing x86 architecture, a well-known, mature platform that is easier to develop on. And they're using a GPU that is already a couple of generations old. If they can't get all games to run at 1080p/60fps now, they're not likely to push the hardware much further in the years to come. Depending the on the graphic engine they developers choose to use, they might be able to use some visual trickery to get the image quality pretty damn close. It's really disappointing to see fanboys tearing each other part about the importance of 1080p vs a lower resolution. They need to direct their anger toward MS and Sony. This is fucking next-gen, gamers shouldn't have to defend their preferred console by saying, "well, it's almost 1080p and still looks pretty good".
